​Young Hwan Koo Law Office (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm") has implemented and complies with the following Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

   • Purpose of collection and use: Providing legal consultation services.

2. The rights under Paragraph 1 may be exercised through a legal representative of the data subject or an authorized person in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act.

3. The Firm will take immediate action regarding the exercise of rights by data subjects as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act.

 

Article 5 (Measures to Ensure Safety)

The Firm implements the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

• Establishment, implementation, and inspection of internal management plans for the secure processing of personal information.

• Measures to control access to personal information.

• Measures to restrict access authority to personal information.

 

Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)

1. When personal information becomes unnecessary because the purpose of processing has been achieved, the Firm shall destroy the personal information without delay.

2. Printouts or written documents containing personal information are destroyed by shredding, and personal information in electronic file format is permanently deleted using a method that makes restoration impossible.
