​​​Attorney Young Hwan Koo graduated from Seoul National University, College of Law and passed the Korean Bar Exam in 2007. Following his training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute (JRTI) under the Supreme Court of Korea, he began his legal career in 2010.​

With over 10 years of experience at prominent law firms such as Jeongse, Hyun and Liwu, he has successfully handled numerous litigations and provided legal advisory services to a wide range of institutional clients, including real estate investment trusts, insurance companies, finance companies, shopping malls, banks, global apparel OEM/ODMs, broadcasting companies, broadcasting production companies, university foundations, renowned cultural / arts organizations and government funds. 

​​​​​He has also provided comprehensive legal services to numerous SMEs and individual clients, covering all major areas of law including civil, criminal, family and administrative law. Through these diverse engagements, he has built extensive experience across a wide range of practice areas encompassing a broad client base consisting of various types and sizes of companies, organizations and individuals.

Leveraging his significant experience in representing foreign companies and individual clients, he also managed major foreign lawsuits during his tenure as in-house counsel at KB Kookmin Bank, South Korea’s largest commercial bank.
